Ms Jyoti Niswade is a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and has done her post-graduation in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare & Personnel Management from the RTM Nagpur University. She has also passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Social Work conducted by the UGC.
Ms Niswade joined this Institute in 2000 and is an Assistant Professor in Social Work. Earlier, she was a Junior Research Fellow at the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur (1998-2000), and engaged in environmental impact assessment and development of action plans for resettlement and rehabilitation of people likely to affected due to proposed developmental projects.

Associate Professor at the Institute since 2000is also an IQAC Coordinator. He is additionally serving as Director, National Service Scheme at RTM Nagpur University, India. He is MSW in CCA & MPSW, MA in Sociology and PhD, NET.He is recognized PhD supervisor with RTM Nagpur University.He was Nodal Director Childline an emergency toll free national helpline service for Children in need of care and protection-1098. He is serving on different statutory bodies in the university and government committees and boards. He has successfully coordinated UGC-refresher courses, ICSSR Training Programmes. He has successfully completed UGC’s Minor and ICSSR’s Major research projects and was able to associate with different government/non-government agencies like NEERI, UNICEF, Government of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh etc as a Principal Investigator. He is associated with Professional bodies such as Maharashtra Association of Social Work Educators, MASWE and National Association of Professional Social workers in India, NAPSWI as itsExecutive Member and has also served as India’s representative of the Asian Pacific Association of Social Work Education, APASWE. He has convened many national and international conferences. Presented research papers in national and international conferences and published papers in UGC listed and refereed journals. He has written 8 modules for UGC, E-PG Pathshala under paper Social Work with Children & Child Protection and Community Development.His areas of interest are child protection, displaced tribals, rural youth. He has received Best Teacher and Best NSS Programme Officer awards at University and State level.Presently he is engaged as Principal Investigator in TRI, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, GoI sponsored major research on ST & Other Traditional Dwellers in Protected Areas: Study of Their Rights, Issues and Challenges. He has visited Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Sri Lanka, London, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Nepalfor participation in the conferences.
An alumna of Hislop College, Nagpur, Dr. Nandita Mane completed her graduation in the faculty of Arts in 1998. She did her B.Ed (2000) and MA (English) (2001) from RTM Nagpur University. She has passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) in English conducted by the Maharashtra State (2002). She also did a Short Term Course on Literary Theories: Theories of Reading and Writing organized by Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Dr. Mane pursued her doctoral thesis on A Study of Traditional and Innovative elements in the plays of Sir Alan Ayckbourn and was awarded the degree in 2015.
Dr. Mane joined the Institute in 2003 as an Assistant Professor in English. Earlier she was guest faculty at the post graduate Department of English at the RSM Dharampeth College, Nagpur. She was a resource person in English communication skills in the Certificate Course at the same college.
She is the course coordinator for Certificate Course in Communicative English at the MSSISW. She is an Examiner for Communication Skills and Personality Development of RTMNU’s Department of Distance and Adult Continuing Education. She is associated with Shakespeare Society of Central India and Centre for Literary Interaction and Creativity (CLIC).
(1976) appointed as Librarian in Matru Sewa Sangh Institute of Social Work, Nagpur (Maharashtra). He is a postgraduate in Botany and Library and Information Science. “Erdtmann Memorial Prize winner” for scoring the highest marks in M. Sc. Botany, Palynology Specialization. He has qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2007 and awarded Doctorate by RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur (2008) in Library and Information Science. He is in the profession for last 17 years, since 2003. He worked as Qualified Library Assistant (2009), Senior Lib. Asstt.(2007), & Junior Lib. Asstt.(2003) in RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He worked as Member of Board of Studies in Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University Solpur (2011 – 2019). Ph. D. Supervisor in RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur. Awarded 7 students Ph. D. degree under his supervision. Completed one UGC Minor Research project. He has attended One month training programme at SAARC Documentation Center, New Delhi on Information Technology for Information Management (2010). Attended and published several papers in International and National Seminars, Conferences and Journals and has more than 85 papers to his credit. He has edited one book. He is Life member of ILA, IATLIS, SALIS and LISSA, RTMNU. Recipient of Best Employee Award by Matru Sewa Sangh Sitabuldi, Nagpur.

Apart from this, he did his Higher Education in Social Science and Social Work Faculty from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. Along with his work, he received NET with JRF degree in 2013 and apart from this, he also got SET degree in same year. Premlata Raju Patil (1973) is working as a Counsellor in the Central Social Welfare Board approved project at Family Counselling Guidance Centre at Matru Sewa Sangh Institute of Social Work Nagpur, Maharashtra. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work. She has been working as a counsellor for the last 20 years. She worked as a counsellor in a project approved by the Central Social Welfare Board, a Family Counselling Guidance centre at the Indian Institute of Youth Welfare, as well as for drop out children at Jeevan Jyoti Shikshan Sanstha (2007-08). Worked as a Counsellor in Prevention and Control on HIV AIDS omong non- brothel in rural project (2008-10). Matru Sewa Sangh Institute of Social Work, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Family Counselling Guidance Centre is working as a consultant and service provider in a project approved by the Central Social Welfare Board. Along with this, the police department has been providing free services to women since 2011. Legal, their empowerment, eliminating family quarrels and bringing families together. Also engaging guest lecture of counselling certificate course. The short film 2017 was made by the National Geographic Channel by the Bharosa Cell (Police Department) taking into account the success cases. Received the best employee award of Matru Seva Sangh Sitabuldi, Nagpur.
Counsellor at Family Counselling Centre (A Field Action Project) of the Institute since 2018. Ms Vaishali is an alumna of the Institute and completed her Post Graduation (MSW) in 1997. During 1997-1998 she worked as a District Co-ordinator in Polio Eradication Project at “Vishwodaya”, Wardha. Functioned as a counsellor in ‘Women and Families in Distress” during 1999-2005. She worked as a community organiser in Jalswaraj Project for one year in 2005-2006.
